guest into the Qantas Club

Hi everyone,

My husband is a Gold Qantas FF and I recently joined the Qantas Club. We are travelling to Europe with our three children. Each of us will take one of of teenaged daughters into the Club as guests. Do you think they will allow access to my 9 year old son as well?

You are correct that you can each take one guest into the Qantas Club. This does not include children though and I cannot find what age they define the cut off. I would expect that there would be no issues though if you were really concerned you could ring the relevant Qantas Club and ask.

The age 3 is sticking out to me for some reason, but as long as he doesn’t look like a 20 year old I can’t imagine there’d be a problem bringing him in. They’re not likely to suggest leaving a 9 year old outside

I actually believe the age limit is 3. That said I have been informed several times that for +1 (technically +0.5) they will usually overlook it if the lounge is not too busy...
