guys if you want to post negative stuff dont be scared they will delte it and disable you. if your truly angry and want to not let them get away with it just change to a new free email address (super easy with hotmail or gmail or plenty others) and then post again. see them stop you if you do it that way huh

bad customer service is just not good enough. they screwed me over and this is what they get from one man. approx 15 posts now tonight. ovfer 10 calls to the customer service centre 2 days ago and alot alot more to come of both of the above and plenty other avenues

no elbarto just angry at qantas and sending them copies of me making posts in public against them

Like that's going to solve anything. If you can't get resolution through the QF channels, take action through the courts or consumer affairs.

Slightly confused. What has AFF got to do with bad QF customer service?

A lot of us post negative stuff about QF and not one of my posts has been deleted yet. In fact I have just had an extremely bland flight (yet again) on QF SIN-PER.
