Had monthly credit card points transfer twice?

Seemingly Citi have had the exact opposite problem, with no points being posted for a few members with Virgin Money cards (myself included).

You sure this isn't another "enhancement" to their service?

Probably. With some luck, they'll take longer to perform the transfer and then I can attempt to complain my way to a bunch of Velocity points for inconvenience I haven't actually experienced.

I have had a couple of times where the points transferred were incorrect, one time they only transfered the Visa points, and not the Amex (or other way around) based on the answer I got from them, and the kind of mistakes, I have a suspicion that they do these points transfers somewhat manually. So I am not surprised to here of other errors.
