Happy with JAL

Not sure where to post this but wanted to share how happy we are with JAL and apologies if this has been talked about elsewhere. Had booked an exceptionally good PE airfare for August this year, returning September, to FRA via stopovers in Tokyo. Of course non refundable. JAL have made it so easy to receive a full refund (they have been staggering refunds by date of flight). They are currently offering refunds for all international flights with an initial departure up to and including 31 August 2020. Simple one button to select refund and money was back in our account within 3 days. Compared to credit offers or other rigmarole some airlines are putting people through we are very happy. Internal Europe KLM and SAS flights will be a different story but hoping for credits valid for a reasonable time - waiting to see if the airlines cancel the specific flights first.
