On a related note, Virgin Village was sold and leased back in 2018 during the final year of the Borghetti/SQ/EY/HNA era.

Gotta feel for owners Charter Hall, they certainly didn't expect their tenants to vacate in 2 years time (VA had a 10 year contract which was paid out by Bain when they moved to South Bank).
