I've been a member now for around 3 years and have been a somewhat active participant so thought it was high time that I actually introduced myself.
Based in Adelaide. Not travelling a lot at the moment having 2 small children at home, have done a small amount of work travel in the past and lots of leisure travel.
Lived in UK for 2 years for work so should be able to contribute some knowledge in regards to European travel/destinations. I really miss looking up cheap deals on a Thursday night and just heading off for the weekend... Have also flown domestically with the kids since they were both 3 months old so a decent amount of experience flying with children (and how airlines will or won't help in that regard!)
Hoping to do the OneWorld RTW award in J one day. So far we're halfway there points-wise (for 2 pax) without trying that hard - hubby's work-related travel and a few good cc sign up bonuses have helped! We've spent some points on domestic awards though - not the best use of points I know, but have given us some wonderful family holidays so far.
Looking forward to learning much more than I already have and helping out when I can
