Hi all as they say long time lurker first time poster.
I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on what would be the best credit card for accrual of ff points.
I currently run ANZ AMEX and ANZ Gold Visa linked to QF with the AMEX receiving minimal use.
My wife and I will not being flying often but have an average spend of 8k a month on our cards as well a private school tuition for 2 boys over 30k a year which can be paid via AMEX.
Wife is currently silver with QF and DJ and we both have 19000 krisflyer points
What I would like to do is hoard some points for a return to Europe in two years time and hopefully upgrade to business preferably with SQ as we like to fly in and out via different ports.
The best card from what I have seen for our situation is AMEX Platinum Edge
Any further thoughts greatly appreciated
Thanks

Hi Rallo,

Welcome to AFF. :D

Welcome Rallo!

I have no advice on the credit card issue (I go for the fee-free AMEX with points they offered me, no thought involved!), but I'm sure you'll find someone in the Credit card points threads who will be more helpful than me ;)
