Hello Everyone !

I guess a lot of you would recognise the , Hello Everyone , LOL

I'm a Customer Service Supervisor long haul QF and been with Qantas for a long time and hopefully Ill still be there for a long time as I really enjoy what I do and the company I work for .

I love the term lurker as it really describes my initial contact with AFF , I initially stumbled across the AFF site and was fascinated in reading what our customers think of us in and in the service we provide whether its good or bad.

AFF has also give me a different perspective on our FFs and understanding their needs and expectations better .

Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have and Ill try and answer them for you as best I can or put you in the right direction of who may be able to assist you best.

As with anything, when someone tells you not to do something, it makes you want to do it more

And we all benefit from that. More so than those higher up would care to realise. We're all thankful for insiders clueing us in and helping us out. Without you, we'd probably care less about the airline and spend less. It's just a shame they can't see that.

Thanks for the welcome , on any long haul QF flights one of the many responsibilities of a CSS is to welcome all customers seated in Premium Economy and if your One World status is Emerald and if you are seated in Economy you can expect the CSS to come around and say hi and welcome you on board . So maybe one day I will have the chance to say hi in person to you nlagalle .

I'll say it now that we're overall quite critical of the national carrier as you can see, but I hope you can persist and cut through the verbiage and enjoy the conversations. We will certainly take a shine to whatever you have to say in your capacity.

If nothing else, you will get to see who the lovers of the Roo are and are not. So far I am a fan ( in spite of one very poor ground staff experience) my flight experiences have generally all been really great.

Welcome. If you're international crew. I fear I may never meet you as IMHO QF are completely out of touch with J cabin pricing. Maybe one day market forces will change that .
