Hello everybody. It's strange that I should start reading a frequent flyer forum at a time when I'm probably flying less than ever, but never mind.

I'm in Perth, an engineer, and consequently fly to the Pilbara fairly frequently (almost exclusively on QA). Over the years I've flown that route with MMA (anybody remember them?), Ansett WA, Ansett, Skywest and now Qantas. Also too many flights to remember in Barons and similar.

Looking forward to a 20th anniversary (2nd time around) trip to France next year, flying Qatar's new service from Perth via Doha. Splashing out and spending my own money to fly J.

Regards
Paul
