For the life of me cant find the login page, have an old a-club card number

Does work for me, I usually drop the first 6 numbers from the card (Accor uses that as the status level, so it changes as you move between tiers).

My only other suggestion is to try the "reset password" type links.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

My login is either the 16 digit number or my email address
Correct, and I have no problems logging in with these details either.

Previously, you could have a seperate profile for both LeClub and the Accor websites. However, I merged these ages ago and haven't had and problems logging in with either my old username credential or LeClub number.
