Hi guys,
If you're a fan of us on Facebook, you'll have just seen that we've asked the question as to which Australian beach should be on the side of our latest aircraft, VH-YFF.

She is on her way down under now.

Would love to see your input!

Peregian Beach maybe?
Many, many fond memories of that place from way too long ago on family trips up to the sunshine coast.. :D

EDIT: didn't see the Facebook poll. Maybe use Peregian for another plane sometime :)

As a Victorian I have to nominate "Rye Back Beach".but if I have to choose from the choices on the FB page I go for Eurong beach.
Cheers
N'oz
BTW are you going to name the next one (VH-YVA) as well?

The "Beach" theme gives you so many great places to work with that are iconic names to Australians:

Tamarama Beach (aka Glamorama Beach)
Bondi Beach
Coogee Beach
Whale Beach
Manly Beach
Currumbin Beach
Broadbeach
Mindil Beach
Ninety Mile Beach
Cottesloe Beach
Henley Beach
and
Portsea Back Beach (with complimentary Harold Holt)

You are forgetting some very famous Aussie beaches in that list
-Kuta Beach
-Seminyak
-Nusa Dua and
-Jimbaran;)

Whitehaven Beach

Major beat me........

Whitehaven Beach fits so well, pure white like the new VA colour!

Not to mention it's iconic all around the world (well to those that have been there that is ;))

Is SouthBank Beach on the list :?:

Before or after the Brissie river dropped a heap of mud on it? :(

Let's see, Southbank Silt VH-YFF

or

Whitehaven Beach "White is pure, white is clean - Turquoise is a cool colour"

Well, I was close, wasn't I?

Well I'm not on (and have no intention of joining) Facebook - so just decided to put it out there

Just did two things...

1. "Liked" VA on Facebook and
2. Voted for Wineglass Bay

I thought it was appropriate, as I happen to be flying to Tassie tomorrow morning with VA!

For future suggestions, I'd like to see Currumbin and Noosa, although you'd have to write Nooooooosa on the side of the plane for the Toorak set!

I nominate Newcastle Beach for the next plane.

Sure the name's not exotic or sexy but i'm 90% sure Novocastrians will rig the voting so it gets up!
