I have convoluted bookings for me and Mrs Ashleyn Per-Syd. Me OW Per-Syd is one PNR, Syd-Per another then Mrs N has another Per-Syd RTN. So rang QF today to try and link them and no problem they said, all done. Only I can't see any change ??

All I really want is for me to be able to do seat selection for us both, each way which I can't do currently. Any ideas or suggestions ?

As I understand it, linking PNR's is an internal measure and doesn't allow combined seat selection until online check-in. It basically lets QF know that you're travelling together.

You could call up QF directly to arrange seating.

Today I logged on to Mrs N's FF account, chose the booking and select seats and voila, she had my level of seats available (NB v WP).

Yes that can happen, but you won't see her PNR combined with yours, as all the info is in the backend for QF

Thanks for the info. Seat selection was all I was after and that's done so I'm a happy flyer (and a more knowledgeable one too).
