Help! "We cannot continue with the current itinerary. Please select the cancel button to start again"

Help! I'm trying to book a flight on Qantas using my Qantas points. I select the flights and then when I go to book, it tells me "We cannot continue with the current itinerary. Please select the cancel button to start again." However, I can book the same itinerary without a problem if I'm paying with cash. I have tried multiple itineraries, using different browsers, different computers, on my phone, have restarted my computer and even my router. Nothing works. I thought I could book by phone but I've been waiting for over 2 hours on hold (I know their hold times are awful).

Any advice? I really need to book the tickets, but don't want to shell out all the cash - especially when I have a ton of Qantas points.

Looks like another Qantas IT enhancement. Coding errors all over the place.
It's not anything at your end. I tried a dummy booking with the same flights.

Dajob and Airwin, I cannot thank you enough!!! I was able to book it one way, no problem. And just as I finished booking the return flight, someone picked up on the Qantas number (only waited on hold for almost 3 hours). I did have another question for them and they couldn't help me. Not well informed. Their line kept breaking up as well so I could only hear parts of what they were saying.

Yes, I read in the forum on a pretty regular basis but never needed to post before. Now that I'm registered, I can respond to threads etc now!
