Help with Velocity Frequent Flier

I would love some advice from the collective here. I have a Velocity FF account. In March 2024 my partner and I flew on a VA flight operated by Qatar from Sydney to Doha and Doha to Paris return in May2024. The flight was documented on my APP. The points and status credits have not been credited. I am silver and would likely become a gold member if this occurred. I have documented below what I have pursued.
  • I submitted missing claim points in April 2024 twice for both flights Sydney to Doha and Doha to Paris for each of our accounts. No outcome – points and status not credited. I decided at this point it would be better to contact Velocity by phone when we returned.
  • 27.5.24 Phone contact with Velocity. 40 minutes duration. Was informed points and status would be credited in 7 days. Points and status not credited.
  • 7.6.24 Phone contact with Velocity. 1 hour 15 minutes duration. Was told the electronic ticket number was different?? New missing claims submitted with new electronic numbers. I was told points and status would be credited in 7 days. Points and status not credited.
  • On the 7th June I also submitted two missing claim forms for the Doha to Sydney flights for us both and took screen shots which stated points (if valid) would be credited within 72 hours. This did NOT occur. No outcome.
  • 12.6.24 Phone contact with Velocity. 40 minutes duration. Was told the previous agent made a mistake which has been corrected. Points and status would be credited in 7 days. Still nothing. Email response noted that status credits could only be earned on flights operated by VA. Sent screen shot to that staff member which refuted that. She said that my flight class (choice and t and s) may not be eligible-clearly incorrect and I sent more screen shots to =show I am eligile and DO) NOT fall under any of the criteria that does not allow me earn points (reward seat etc).
  • I lodged a complaint with Virgin and was informed that the previous submissions were all incorrect including those submitted by the three customer service reps that responded to my phone calls. They resubmitted the missing points and nothing. I have requested a review of the complaint. Told it will be 4-6 weeks.
  • I am going to lodge a complaint to the airline customer advocate, but I read a review about that not being a great service.
In any case this is driving me CRAZY so any help would be appreciated.
