Having been a Qantas Club member for 10+ years I found myself a week away from renewal working at a company that didn't seem to have a corporate scheme AAARRRRGGGH! So some googling brought me to AFF and although paying for 2 years Gold membership + the renewal fees almost works out the same I figured I may as well check it out and see if the benefits all add up :)

I've been getting close for years - consistently Silver but just miss Gold! Partner was Platinum last year and Gold this year but I was still paying my Qantas Club!

Hi andyjay,

Welcome to AFF. :D

Most of us felt like we were frauds the first time we got a points ride in either business class or first class. After that it becomes a big game of flying best for much less.

I have just received my renewal notice for Qantas Club membership from Qantas. They have a 4 yr option now - or have the always had it? On AFF Corporate membership it mentions only 1 or 2 years. Does anyone know if I can renew for 4 years through AFF?

We can renew for 4 years but the rate is very poor, so much so that I believe it’d be cheaper to pay for 2 lots of two years.
