Hertz codes and coupons or membership will reduce hire cost?

Looking for Coupons, Codes and a list of what I maybe an associate member of to reduce costs in car Hire with Hertz.

This is for international car hire please ie. Hawaii

Sorry, no codes etc. When I've compared prices (it was online for the UK) using gold membership number, and then no membership, the no membership was cheaper (although I couldn't get the insurance yes/nos to match exactly).

I called Hertz and they couldn't explain why.

There is a FT thread on this suggest you look at. There was a magazine one (CAR and Driver?) that has proven useful to me in the past as has the Amex Plat one but diont know the latest.
