I was wondering whether anyone is having issues earning Hertz Gold Plus Rewards Points for those with Australian-based Hertz accounts.
Since around mid-August, I have noticed my Hertz bookings all have stopped earning points. I’ve enquired with Hertz and they can’t pin-point the issue, having to manually credit the points so was wondering if anyone in this community has/is experiencing the same issue. So far
31/8 Canberra Airport = 0
10/9 Adelaide Airport = 0
24/9 Brisbane Airport = 0
27/9 Perth Airport = 0
3/10 Melbourne Airport = 0
It starting to become very frustrating to contact each time and I feel they are not meeting their end of the bargain so to speak.
Any insights from others would be greatly appreciated.
