Are there any Hertz reps on the forum, or does any one know how to contact one?

I have a billing problem with them and I'm just getting transferred around. I haven't been able to get anyone to answer at the airport location either.

FWIW I am a President's Circle member.

I share emailing the gold concierge at the location will usually yield the best results. If you have no further luck, feel free to PM me some details I'm one of the Hertz Brisbane airport staff and may be of some assistance.

Markis10 - Marcarla has unfortunately left our team here in Brisbane. That email is active and I'm under the impression a manger will assist with those emails until a new fulltime gold concierge is appointed.

Expect NOTHING decent at SYD airport!

As a PC member I reserved an X5 and they didn't have one, had to waste 20 mins in the office. Best they could offer is an X3 which is fair enough as they have nothing else decent in their fleet. Eventually got a very nice solution but 20 mins of my time wasted.

Other rentals only has the one class standard upgrade into rubbish Hyundai vehicles

Moving some of my rentals to Europcar as a result, as their fleet is much newer, but will be taking LOTS of photos of the vehicle before and after each rental

Had rental with Hertz at Sydney airport last week in June that started off at two and half times the quoted price on my reservation print out. Went to cancel the booking and spoke to a different rental agent who spoke to reservations and confirmed that my printed rate was correct and there would be no extra charges - all inclusive. Took about an extra half an hour. Left a happy camper. Got my Hertz statement, twice the agreed price....still waiting for feedback. Hertz accounts said it could take a couple of weeks as they have a lot of files to go through...makes you wonder??
