HH App

I've tried using the app to book a few nights that clearly show on the computer booking engine, but the app says "contact hotel for availability". That's a bit of a PITA. No app, no bonus points.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi would find that message and others if the phone connection was not the best.Wi-fi if I was on the limit of range.

In the past week (i.e. since the thread started) I've booked with the app for properties in Jakarta, Prague, Atlanta and Charlotte. Did not have a problem on any booking.

I've seen it a few times, randomly. It's a little annoying but if I think more hotels are booked out than I expect, I check the web. Should probably start reporting it to HH I guess.
