As I am off to the U.S. Next week I was really wanting this sorted.. Called Velocity late last week and got a very unsympathetic rep on the phone basically saying if it has not been 20 business days he was not escalating it further.. Not happy with that, the HUACA came into play..
Got a very nice lady who wanted to help... She says to me she has a few calls about the same issue ?!?! Anyway she sends an email to the team that resolves this ( while I was on the phone ) and today my HH account is GOLD.. Very happy with the result and goes to show you do not need to wait 20+ days for a system that is clearly broken.. You just need a rep that wants to help and applies great customer service to the situation.
