Hi, Just joined and have been reading with interest. We would like to take a oneworld award flight next year and have found the process very confusing. Reading so far has shown that we are not alone in being confused so I am wondering if it is actually a ploy by Qantas to try and get people to give up and pay :). We have just under 700k points so with luck I can find a good way to use them.
