Hi to all,
Just a quick note to let you all know how excited I am to finally find people as enthusiastic about aviation and flying as me. I've been a keen status chaser for some time now and It's great to see so many people sharing their experiences and 'bugs'.
I'm an Australian currently living in London and love the fact that to get home I need a 24hr flight! For me - I believe flying is a privilege (regardless if you travel for work or leisure) and not a bus service as some would treat it.
In recent years and many miles in premium cabins I am starting to come across people who have absolutely no idea how to fly. It actually makes me giggle to myself.... Is it just me or are there an increasing number of people who can't read their seat number and match it to the corresponding one on the aircraft?!?! And don't get me started on all the crazy 'demands' fellow passengers have... But I guess I'll find the appropriate threads for all of the 'rants' hahaha..
Anyway, thanks for letting me say G'day and I look forward to the many years of posting on this wonderful site!

Welcome from KBL! I've seen some of those no idea how to fly people. They are the ones who bring a pillow for a flight from BNE to SYD. Cheers skip

Welcome aboard Ixa, hope you're enjoying your trip - did the same thing about 10 years ago, and it was the best 4 years of my life. Looking at doing it all over again in a few years.

Stay well.
