Hi,

I've just recently booked my first international trip using frequent flyer points (Perth to LA on Qantas) and was feeling pretty happy with myself after years of spending on my ANZ QFF card. Then I found out a bloke at work accrues so many points each year, he does the same trip in business class...!

So, basically I'm here to learn a few tips and tricks to maximise my points accrual. From a brief look at the site, I can already see that my ANZ card isn't too flash, so the first thing I've got to do is figure out the best option for a new one...

Anyway, glad to be here and look forward to being part of the community.

Learning the dark arts of points and status will change your ( flying) life.
The secret is is to ask .

Welcome and enjoy the journey.

Hello Andy,
Welcome to AFF. You sound like you could turn up to drinks nights in Perth.
thewinchester is our union organizer and we tend to get quite brilliant after a drink or two.
You might want to do a Woolworths Everydayrewards card as it is going to get you flying about twice as much.
i started my points earning with Amex and ANZ but so much changed since 1979.
