hilton stretcher points award stays

I'm thinking abt. trying for the stretch pts. option at a hotel in charleston. When I start the process will reduced pts. option come up on screen?

I tried a few yrs. ago with the nyc waldorf but of course the normal pts. I was being either very naive or optimistic.

Just need how to go abt. the process. Had a look now and the stretch pts. site down.

Is it fair to say that Hilton stretcher awards have disappeared or are about as rare as hens teeth?
