I used to shoot for Hilton Worldwide Group, and I amassed a huge collection of them. Think at one stage, myself and two colleagues had an assortment of ducks, teddy bears, elephants and a truckload of other stuff in our bags, which brought a few smiles to the checkin staff when I had to open a couple of bags that contained photo equipment (I'd stuffed the toys in randomly). (That goat looks like one of the CX toys I picked up earlier this year too.)
I like the ones that had some connection to the area or culture; Conrad Miami from memory had a small Manatee - think they sponsored them as an endangered species?
My nieces also have a large collection - these days I still grab them, they enjoy getting a gift from some far flung place and I actually don't mind having them around to remind me of loooongs days, and finally enjoying a cold beer and a fine cigar at the end of the shoot.
