HKG Airport shopping hours and Easter

Hi all

Due the cancellation of my diving in JED on Thursday I am now flying home two days early

I am transiting HKG on Good Friday - arriving 6AM and departing 9AM. Just wondering if anyone knows what the shopping hours are in HKG in the morning - what time do they open generally? I would prefer to shop then lounge rather than arrive, lounge, shop, lounge, depart.

Any thoughts on what may or may not be open on Good Friday?

Good Friday is pretty much a normal trading day - standard hours at HKIA are 7-11pm so shouldn't be an issue
