Returning QF88 HKG-SYD on Monday evening w/ Mrs 8803, mini-8803 Sr (3.5 y.o. & a penchant for Toy Story characters) & mini-8803 Jr (15.5 months & a Thomas the Tank Engine fan). Mum & dad spoiled both little ones at HKG Disneyland & Toys R Us at Ocean Terminal, Harbour City, requiring dad to search for an additional suitcase today (Lucky I made it to SG in January!).

If I have a potential 4 pieces of checked baggage, am I able to check-in 3 pieces In-Town on Sunday, & the remaining piece on the way to the airport on Monday?

Will try my luck with CX lounge dragons re: entry of family of 4 as OWS on Monday & report back.

Many thanks!

You should not have any issues adding a bag to the checked luggage, and while CX may have issues with the numbers into the lounge ( I doubt it), QF does not count up to 2 children 3-17 in the guest allowance so the QP is an option.
