Sorry can't help with the points question without more info - are you doing a revenue ticket or QFF points ticket? and if you are doing a revenue ticket is it an upgradable one? are you only going to put in upgrades for certain sectors?

RTW in Y an QFF points is 140/ J 280/ F 560 per person

On your second flight do Paris to Chicago (stay away from the UK for the taxes)

If you could get the DFW to BNE flight direct I would try and take that in Y - they keep the loads light due to the head wind they might not make it - when we came back in august many rows of 3 with only 1 person in it

Want to pay cash for the ticket and use QF FF points to upgrade on each sector where possible. Currently have 250K points and bronze status.

The only flights you may be able to upgrade are QF51 and QF16.

Moreover, they can not be on O, Q, N or E classes.
