It's nice to walk into the J pub during what would be normally be regarded rush hour and finding the place less than 1/2 full, maybe 1/4 full. It rearly does highlight the business use of the Australian airlines.

The crown is nice, the food is OK and the view is great across the hazy runway

MEL J lounge on Saturday was a pleasant experience - very quiet.

That was a marked contrast to BNE late Friday morning. The problem wasnt the occupants of the J lounge though. The partitioning from the regular QP may as well not been there. The conversations of people on the other side were clearly audible in all the seating areas near the food and bar.
