I've been trying top book a flight MEL-LAX for the past 3 days and it keeps failing at the payment stage. I took a screenshot and sent an email, no response so I called the contact centre. They said I can't pay because the price is wrong and they can manually book it for an extra $300.
If they are offering a fare (not an obvious error) shouldn't they have to honour it?
