How can i retrieve my Velocity username?

Like everyone else, I gave up on the Phone number so tried to log in to Velocity. I have a member number & password but I can't retrieve my username.

It doesn't look like you need a username to log into your Velocity account?

You must be trying to login to your travel bank on that sabre site? I've never got it to work.

Make sure you Goto the correct site as there are two.

Check your emails. The last travel bank credit would have sent you a confirmation. From memory that number may work here?

When I opened a Travel Bank a couple of weeks back, I was sent an email with a bunch of details regarding a username and password but it also mentioned that the 'Username' is your Velocity number and 'Password' your password, which worked perfectly for me.
