Excellent service at check in from Front Desk Supervisor. No problems with lounge access. Water bottles provided on first day. Bill delivered to room had internet charges but at check out the clerk recognised my status and cleared them without question.
I was concerned about staying here after reading all the posts but all in all I was satisfied that my status was recognised appropriately, and would be happy to stay again.
However, the spirits that has appeared for Straitman a few days earlier had disappeared again! Oh well, just stuck to the wine instead of G&Ts.
