This all went as above though checkin and checkout were interesting.JessicaTam got offered the world at checkin and I got nothing other than a welcome back. At checkout I had to have some 'serious' discussion with Pheobe (Assistant Manager) to get my Macquarie discount. I even had it written on a piece of paper and she did not seem to want to understand :!:
