Im a oneworld Qatar emerald member so will get reciprocal benefits on Qantas. But how do I access them? As in, what do I put in the FF bit and how do I prove my membership?

Solution
You can use your QR, QF or which ever OW program you accrue into on the booking and just show your digital QR card at the lounge.
Or just put your QR FF number in the booking (there is a spot for entering it on the Qantas booking page) from the start and you should be treated as if you were a QF Platinum for baggage allowance, check-in and lounge access. But just make sure the booking and boarding pass shows the oneworld status (ie Emerald) AND you have your QR card (or digital equivalent) on hand.

Here's a daft question I can't remember the answer to.

Can you use your QR Plat status to obtain baggage limits, whilst still listing QF # on the booking? (ie not listing QR # and then changing after)

OWE should get an additional 20kg above the ticketed booking allowance if the airline works on weight system. If airline uses a piece system it is one extra bag.
