How do you align Accor Plus Membership and ALL Membership expiry dates?

I am looking to join Accor Plus in the next few months, however, I am specifically waiting for the month to join so that the Accor Plus Membership will expire on 31/12/2023 - this is to align the expiry date of both the Accor Plus Membership and the ALL Memberships with the same date, (All ALL Membership expiry/renewal dates are 31st of December each year).

In order to achieve this, would I join up in December 2022, then would it give me the remainder of December 2022 as a partial month, and then carry-on through until 31 December 2023?

Or, do I have to wait to join in January 2023, as a partial month, to then have it expire in December 2023?

I read on AFF of members experiencing many difficulties because of the different expiry dates, and even more confusing now with QF PCP, expiry dates getting into the mix as well.

Pretty much, what I'm asking of current Accor Plus Members - if you joined in December, what is your expiry date? if you joined in January what is your expiry date? (or any other month combination and I should be able to work it out from there).

It won’t matter when you signup for Accor Plus as they will give you a new All account number and the expiry date will be based on the Accor Plus 12-months subscription date.

If you join in. December, you will have a December expiry. One caveat would be joining late in the month, that may push you into a January expiry.
