How do you say thanks for some great service to QFF call centre staff ?

Over the past few days I have received some great service from call centre staff....on the day after the changeover over of the ASA website spoke to a lady called Jan who assisted me (and was learning herself the new system) for JASA bookings and yesterday Allison from the call centre in Hobart was amazing with her assistance and knowledge in helping me to plan and book a RTW award fare in J ar 280K points. So do I write to anyone in particular or hope that RedRoo picks it up here and passes on.:p
 
It's funny how we get excited when someone actually just does their job.

True, but it isn't often people in the public service industries do it too well, so those that do deserve a well done every now and then.
