VIP Treatment: none at check in, this hotel seems to offer no recognition at the check in desk of any status in my experience. hand written card, chocs and gift for kids in room, nice touch.
Additional care: love the location of this hotel but not really seeing the point in staying here now i have diamond with HH. In my 10 plus stays at this hotel in the last 12 months my experience as a le club member gold/plat has been underwhelming. staff are consistently good, it almost feels like a management decision to not fully offer the status benefits available to Le Club members.
