Hi,

Just curious. I have review date of 4 October for Gold re-qualification and have gathered enough SC's :) and then have an upcoming flight mid Oct to Singapore which should net me another 240 SC's.

Question, will these 240 points count towards next years re-qualification bucket ?

Cheers,

Short answer is 'Yes'

thanks straitman. I was worried only cos there was some post about status review not happening for a few days post the flight :) so guess this means the review date will remain the same for life :)

Their status review process is painfully slow. Today we received our new cards from a 8th Sept renewal. Any flights after 8th would have gone to the new requal year.

Your renewal date may change if you jump up a level but I'm not sure as I've never needed to worry about it. (I'm sure someone will chip in with the correct answer though.)

Yep your review date will only change if you go up a level. If, for instance, you dropped back from Plat to Gold and then re-qualified Plat 4 months after, your review date would reset again.
