Tuesday 11 October - JQ29 Sydney to Melbourne
Saturday 15 October - JQ36 Melbourne to Sydney
Saturday 15 October - QF (OMGA380) Sydney to LAX

Thats right folks - 2 F lounges in 1 day.

ATM - JQ36 connecting to JQ35 will set you back $189 - a Flouble Flounge day ;)

My flights are booked - no guest spot either, but what a way to waste a Saturday if anyone wants to join in the Flouble Flounge!

Excellent find  That's my wedding anniversary, might have to twist Shrek's arm ;)

I shouldn't make promises this early but I need to be in MEL on the 16th. Can I go the long way?:?:

The JQ35 did it for me - enabling partaking of the "All Day Dining" menu along with a reasonably timed arrival home to MEL.

Oh, the good old days on that when 40SC's could be had for a $230 flight.

If only it didn't involve....

Now whatever could you mean John? ;):lol:

I will have to suffer a similar fate to munitalP in January. JQi30 MEL-SYD, followed ~4 hours later by QF31 SYD-SIN. And all that from a trip which at one stage looked like being QF MEL-PER-SIN (i.e. no Flounge at all). :D Somebody has to do it!

Temptation much. Just need a Flounge sponsor

I could be tempted, now to check hotel prices, since someone needs a sponsor, if I am going to retain Hilton Gold I need some Hilton stays.

Saturday 15 October - JQ36 Melbourne to Sydney

My FLounge breakfast plans were thwarted last week when JQ36 was cancelled. It was the third time in a few weeks the plat I was travelling with had been hit by a cancelled JQ36 - he'd also been planning some double FLounging, but wasn't to be.

6 Months actually, with no stays.
But with at least 4 stays in that 6 months, Diamond status will be extended for another 6 months giving 12 months.
And this shouldn't be hard to do.

I don't really care too much for posh hotels or benefits but Hilton Diamond appears to offer some very good benefits on the cheaper room rates. I will make sure I get to keep Hilton Diamond for the full 12 months.

I have decided that Veurve will be my breakfast refreshment for the First Flounge Feasting, Followed by Bolli for the second Flounge Feasting (gotta do something to calm the nerves as next flight is A380 :scared: )

If Oz Mark or Markis10 attend, I may need an eye mask as well so I can't see what they are pointing at out the window, big 2 story brick with wings... as they keep telling me it's a great AC...

Only pointing out things of beauty :rolleyes:
