how in the heck do you book free amex flights?

ive tried and it just wont work, called amex who gave me the site, said page doesnt exist, put me through to virgin who gave me same page, apparently again it doesnt exist, then put me through to support team who want a $40 charge to help me book if i dont use the site grrrrrrr. i have amex platinum and am just trying to see if my dates are good for my free return flight, can anyone offer any advice??

I just had a similar experience when I phoned Velocity. They now have a recorded message when you ring 1300153006 that says they will charge you to book if you don't use the website. The recorded message then reads out the website address
