Hi there, just wondering if anyone can tell me how long it takes for your velocity account to update once you hit silver status?
My account for some reason told me I only needed 200sc to upgrade to silver (I thought it was 250sc ??) But i have now reached the 200sc milestone and my account today shows that, saying I need 0 sc to upgrade to silver but not that I am silver status or how much to hit gold?? just wondering if this has happend to anyone else and how long it takes?!?
Another quick question I have is that i purchased a few single lounge passes a few months back before all the prices went up, and then a few weeks later i ended up just buying a membership so no longer need the single entry passes and they expire before my membership does, so does anyone know if I can i get a refund on them at all??

I Understand that there is a daily task to do this, so it should happen within a day of the relevant SC's posting.

The last 40SC posted today so hopefully the update should be there tomorrow then?? I shall wait with baited breath....
I now have the status bug.... look out gold :)

It should be there tomorrow.
I had the same question when getting to gold and it was all OK the following day.

From memory, it can take a day or two. I think my silver-gold upgrade took two days to show online..........and never for the card to show up ;)

In theory I've hit silver, but I have to wait for VX to issue the points from their end before I start reaping the benefits, and in my recent experience that can take up to a month (which means I will still be paying for luggage on flights between now and then).

I hope this is one thing that they can get sorted - expediting the IT end of things. Delta only take a few day to show up on my account, but VX take forever.
