How long to receive gold package in post

Hi All,

I just obtained Gold and have an OS trip through Vir Atlantic at the end of march and want make use of partner lounges.

How long after obtaining Gold does it take to receive your Gold card / package in the post

I received mine within 2 weeks of qualifying

I had to get mine resent. Made the call on the 24th February, had it in my hands eight days later on the 4th March.

Not bad I guess. I do wonder how long it takes to prepare cards and put the package together, considering postage time from Brisbane to Melbourne shouldn't be much longer than 2 days.

My package had a PO Box in Bayswater VIC as the return address...

And I realise now I was referring to the wrong airline...whoops. Hopefully going for VA Gold shortly so we shall see.

I'm starting to wonder whether I should give them a call - Platinum status became "official" on 7th March, but still waiting for my Platinum pack I know I'm in Perth, but I still thought it would have been here by now.
