How Long to Wait for Enrich Points To Be Credited After Flying A OW Partner Airline?

Hi, I flew a CX E class flight on 16th Feb, I have put my Enrich account number into the booking when I booked the flight and I can see my Enrich FF number is printed on the boarding pass. I still haven't received the FF points in my Enrich account. I wonder any Enrich members here have successfully received FF points in their Enrich accounts after flying OW partner airlines? Thanks.

Hi Possumdc. Welcome to the forum.

Not sure if my experience is at all relevant as I didn't fly on a partner airline. If you log into the Enrich website you will notice there is a claim missing miles button. You could always try putting in the boarding pass details there and see if it recognises your flight.

I did this for a MH flight and the points came in instantaneously. It may be worth trying for partner airlines too.

Hi Rallygirl, thanks for the suggestion, I tried but it is only for missing points on MH flights; I can see if I have to claim the CX missing points I have to send them the original copy of the boarding pass which I am reluctant to do so!! I also saw on flyertalk.com forum that people are having the same problem, I have been affected by a lot of MH IT issues, my 2 current bookings with them suddenly disappear from 'My Booking' and I always have to chase for missing points even flying MH; once I few Jet Airways and the points came to Enrich after 2 weeks, a surprise to me, that is the only time I don't need to chase for missing points. For my 2 bookings, I called the Reservation and the 'found' them but they say they have to talk to Web support to understand why they are not displayed on 'My Booking'. Getting really frustrated with the Enrich system, but I do like flying MH!
