1345 miles is the one way distance which means 1345pts and and 30sc if treated as Full Y, or as Y+ then 2017pts and 45sc.
My best guess based on what I can find is this is likely full Y.

it is a lottery as you won't know your booking class until you've paid for the fare. Better to book the dj codeshare "flexi" - at least that way you'll definitely get the 30scs.
Some good flexi fares here:

Just some info for people re Air NZ, I Had to deal with this issue earlier, the thread can be found at :http://www.australianfrequentflyer.c...ses-32836.html (Air NZ Booking Classes?).
Basically, to sum it up, there is no correlation between works/works deluxe and booking class. My understanding of the system, is they have a base fare, seat. The price level that is set at relates to the booking class (lower price, lower class). I have tried to summarise the basic idea in the table below:

Seat
Seat + Bag
Works
Works Deluxe

Basic
X
X+20
X+50
X+150

Flexible
Y
Y+20
Y+50
Y+150

Note: when you select a fare, there is a check box option to make it a flexi fare, also as I'm from NZ, I think/work in NZ dollars, it may be slightly different in Australia, but the same concept should apply
So what I'm trying to show, is the Basic fare/Fare class is the same for each fare, therefore the points earn is the same. Because of this, I think that it will often be better to book cheaper fares through the Velocity website as the cheapest fares booked through Air NZ earn 0.25 points per mile, whereas DJ would class these as saver fares, and they would earn at 0.5.
I'd previously done this table, just to give you an idea,

Discount Economy (L, G, S, K, P, F)
0.25 Velocity Points

Discount Economy (V, W, T)
0.5 Velocity Points

Discount Economy (Q, H, M)
0.75 Velocity Points

Economy (Y, B)
1 Velocity Point

Business Class (C, D, J, Z)
2 Velocity Points

Based on Air NZ info:
K, X, G, L, T, W, V = Smart saver
Q, H, M, B, Y, D, C = Flexi
As you can see, you could book a flexi , it could be in Q,H or M class, and virgin would only give you Discount economy SC (Status Earn Fare Class| Velocity Frequent Flyer)
