Advice please, before I contact SQ customer service so that I know what my options are likely to be before I talk to them.
I have a return booking MEL-LHR SQ228/322 in Y for early June next year. I want to retain the return booking from LHR but change the outward leg from SIN to arrive in CDG, rather than LHR, i.e. SQ336 instead of SQ322. It seems that there are PE seats still available on this flight, whereas I couldn't get PE on SQ 322. What is likely to be involved in effecting this change? I do have just a few KF points in my account, but more still available for transfer from my CC account.
