How to does it take to transfer from KrisFlyer to Velocity

Hi All,

Did a search but couldn't find an answer either here or via Google. I transfered some Krisflyer points to my linked Velocity account about four days ago but they are yet to appear. How long does it usually take for them to move from Krisflyer over to Velocity?

It was instant in the other direction (Velocity to Krisflyer) for me on 3 October 2022

Moved from SQ > VA the other day and happened within seconds

Thanks for the replies all - Still nothing appearing after four days. Guess I'll need to chase up KrisFlyer and then probably VA. And then probably KrisFlyer again....followed by VA again....followed by KrisFlyer........
