How to get the money back when someone pass away

Dear Qantas

I am coming to you regarding the ticket that my husband <redacted> buy for flying in February 2023 from Perth, Australia to Jakarta, Indonesia in return flight.

My husband pass away last year in November.

how can I get back the money or claim the compensation that he already paid <redacted>
please advise me please….,

I have his death certificate if you need it and I am really sorry to write this now as I am still grieving since he passed away until now.

Qantas suggests contacting a Qantas call centre in the event of the death of a passenger: Help and Support | Qantas

That said, there are likely people here who can provide some advice based on their knowledge and experience. However, they would not be Qantas employees.

I would also suggest that you edit your post to remove information that personally identifies you and your husband, such as your full names and the booking code of the flights.

Your best way of getting a refund is through your Travel Insurance. Have you contacted them ?
