How to redeem a gift voucher now?

I'm sure this is mentioned somewhere recently, but can anyone please point me in the direction of how I can redeem a cash voucher anywhere on the booking payment page?

According to the call centre people on the front line and in Brisbane that I spoke to yesterday about the same thing, you can't: you need to call them up and make the booking over the phone to use vouchers now.

Yes you need to call the call centre. Do ask to be put through to an Australian rep as anyone you get from overseas won't know how to process them now the changes have happened

I had a credit from the old system that I wanted to use, I called up and it was transferred into my travel bank account for me to use online. While that is not a gift voucher I would hazard a guess that they could do the same for your situation

I phoned this morning regarding using my voucher for flights. Initially, the call went to the overseas call centre. I explained that I wanted to use a gift voucher and asked to be put through to the Oz call centre. I was put on hold for a good 10 minutes or so and then landed back in the overseas call centre. Explained again that I wanted to use a voucher and was told I needed to speak to the Oz guest centre. I was put on hold and........ yep, landed back in the o/s call centre again. Went through the whole thing again and this time I did actually get the Oz call centre and everything from there went through ok.

I asked about having the voucher transferred into a Travel Bank account, but was told it couldn't be done at this point in time.
