how to use flight credit

Hi All,

I have credit from a cancelled flight last year, it is one of those that ends up in "Your Bookings" as a QZY->wherever thing.

Can I use this to re-book a ticket online or do I need to use the telephone service?

You should be able to use it online, but if you’ve been targeted for the double SC’s then beware, as the new flight will use the old ref number which can create hassles, but if you’re not doing that, no worries

I wasn't able to use a similar credit on line. Had to make a call.
