HSBC sign on bonuses

for those that follow HSBC, how often do they refresh or renew their sign-on bonuses?

I see at the moment there are some United points on offer but I wouldn’t want those. I’m into Areoplan.

What are the chances of an aeroplan offer coming up in the next few months, say?

If you mean the *A card, they've only ever had two sign-up bonuses: AC & UA.

The bonuses seem to be issued by the airline, not HSBC, as an incentive to choose their airline for the status. Really impossible to tell if AC will offer their bonus again.
